Always evolving while staying streamline.
I started RoboMedia as a way to pull all aspects of my shared interests together in one place. I personally have always had a broad collection of things I find interesting ranging from sports, video games, motorsports, technology, and everything in between.
I like to think that gamers can care about fitness and health. Car enthusiasts can learn how to cook. Powerlifters can stream video games. RoboMedia is all about bridging the gaps between the different hobbies and passions we love without pigeonholing ourselves into one group. If you see something you like drop by and let us know what you think.
Content Creation
The goal I have set for myself is to combine a certain level of expected quality with content that is actually entertaining, informative, and in a perfect world a combination of the two. There is generally a minimum level of polish I have envisioned before I set out to create a new project, and ideally that bar is moved higher each time when old skills are improved or new skills learned. With that said, sometimes I find myself enjoying the learning process and setting up the hardware to be more fun than actually creating the content itself. To learn more about the hardware I use for livestreaming, editing, and vlogging I have created easy to read lists with links to purchase.
Gaming PC Hardware
Everything listed below is currently what I am using for streaming and general content creation. These are associate links, so I do get a kickback. It's a great way to show support without having to spend any money directly!

MotorSports
I have been fascinated (borderline obsessed) for as long as I can remember with anything that has an engine. Especially if it can go fast or make life more interesting.I am still not quite sure what this is going to look like, but we can figure it out together along the way. I am thinking a series a medium to long form content like YouTube series of various projects I have going on, and then short form content (reels/shorts/tiktok) to showcase them after different milestones are hit.To stay up to date on any new content, subscribe over on YouTube, or follow me on Instagram. Until then, check out a gallery here of my car and motorcycles to pass the time.

Cooking - Nutrition - Fitness
My interests in fitness and cooking both found roots in middle school, and now the two have intersected with nutrition. Nutrition isn't exactly something that was on the forefront of my mind when it came to cooking or fitness until my late 20s. I just assumed if I was eating fairly "clean" and lifting, I would be good to go.Then I really started researching what nutrition actually meant. Macronutrients, micronutrients, basal metabolic rate, total daily energy expenditure. What are these words and what do they mean?! It turns out this stuff is important, and really has an impact on your energy levels, performance output, and overall health. Who could have guessed that? That is my long winded explanation on why I set out to create a section of the internet that has all of this in an easy to digest (lol) format and centralized in one location so you don't have to have 7 Chrome tabs open. I feel like this is even more relevant in the livestreaming/video game community. I know it's a played out stereotype that all gamers are soda chugging and chip eating nerds, but if I had to guess most of us also aren't learning how to really take care of bodies either. If you are, then keep up the good work! Otherwise, I have some information I think we could all use below. And don't forget that it is also not the end of the world to make and eat some bad for your body, but good for your mouth comfort food every once in awhile. Plus, it is usually the most fun food to cook!
Nutrition
I got tired of EVERYONE trying to charge for information in terms of TDEE, so I decided to make my own calculator and share it here. I am not a professional nutritionist but I do try and cite sources, and I am not stubbornly stuck in my ways. If new information comes to light, I will post it here and make changes as needed. The calculator is currently in an embedded Google Sheets spreadsheet, but I would eventually like migrate it to an app that is baked into the site. Because of this it doesn't really work well on mobile unless you use this link. Until then, give it a shot and let me know what you think.
Fitness
My love for lifting weights started in 8th grade football, and carried itself through adulthood. Ironically enough, my hate for cardio and running started in 8yr old peewee football. I'm not exactly built for running either, so lifting came naturally. I will post my workout plans as I change them, and there is a comment section below if you want to respond or add some input :)

Cooking and Recipes
I have had a passion for cooking since I was a teenager. My Dad was the chef of the house in terms of quality, but my Mom always made sure a hot meal was on the table. It wasn't exactly a Michelin star level meal (in presentation or taste sometimes), but I still look back with great appreciation with the effort she put into planning and cooking each meal. Now I try to strike a balance of the two. Learning new recipes that are in depth and challenging is always a fun way to improve your cooking skills, but sometimes you just need to throw a meal together that is quick and at least semi-nutritious. A mix of healthy, comfort, quick and easy, and sometimes in depth. Basically if I like eating and cooking it a post will be here.If you would like to see more of my cooking, check out my recipe site at robomedia.app/recipes
